Are the documents legal?
Yes. Every NextGen Wills document is drafted by attorneys and designed to meet state legal standards. After you sign your documents with the required witnesses and have them notarized, they are fully legal and recognized by the courts.
Can I make changes to my documents?
Yes. You can request changes to your documents at any time. Within the first year of your purchase, all document changes are free, and you only pay reprint fees if you need new physical copies. After the first year, changes follow our time based discount schedule: • Year 2: 50% off the original plan price. • Year 3: 30% off the original plan price. • Year 4+: 10% off the original plan price. To receive your discount, simply submit a change request to our support team at support@nextgenwills.com. Once your eligibility is confirmed, we’ll send you a unique discount code to apply at checkout. Reprint fees apply if you need updated physical documents, and any reprint needed due to our error is provided at no charge.
